How Rufklar handles contact and client data.
This notice explains how Rufklar by Kiefer Capital processes personal data when you use the marketing website, contact us by form, email, or WhatsApp, or start a review-removal request. It applies to the website at https://rufklar.ch and those contact channels. The client dashboard is a separate product at https://rufklar.ch/dashboard.

2. Data we process
Website visits. Technical data needed to run the site: IP address, time, page, referrer, browser, and device. Used for delivery, security, and troubleshooting.
Contact requests. From the form, email, or WhatsApp we receive first name, last name, business email, company, optional phone, message, and any public Google review links you send. We use them only to review and reply to the request.
Client work. After a private invite we process the selected public reviews, approval records, status, and proof of successful removals. We do not need a Google password or access to your Google account.
Payment. You pay only after confirmed removals, through the checkout provider for that batch. Payment details are processed there, not stored by us.
Cookies and consent. Necessary cookies keep the site and your cookie choice working. Optional categories (preferences, statistics, marketing) run only if you accept. Change that anytime with Cookies in the footer.
3. Purposes and legal basis
We process personal data to run the website, answer requests, carry out review-removal work, keep records, and meet legal duties. The basis is the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the GDPR: contract or pre-contract steps, legitimate interest in a secure website, and consent for optional cookies.
4. Sharing
Data is shared only when needed for those purposes: website hosting and delivery, sending your message by email or WhatsApp, payment after successful removals, and authorities when we are required to. WhatsApp is operated by Meta; messages may be processed outside Switzerland.
We do not sell personal data.
5. Retention
Contact requests are kept while the correspondence and a possible engagement require it, then as required by law. Engagement files, approvals, and payment proof stay as long as the engagement and accounting require. Cookie choices last until you withdraw them or they expire.
6. Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, a copy of your data, or object to processing, and you can withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect processing before that point. Write to yannis@rufklar.ch.
You can complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC). Where the GDPR applies, you can also complain to a European supervisory authority.
7. No Google login
Rufklar never asks for a Google password or account access. Public review links are enough.
8. Changes
We update this notice when the offer, technology, or law changes. The version on this page is the current one. Last updated: 7 September 2026.
